Topic: Driven? Obsession? Addiction? | |

OK, time to confess.... I am all of them about checking my means of communication ie: JSH mail, e-mails on two accounts, voice mails and text messages. I would say, on average, I check them, collectively, about 150 times a day. Scared to even think about what that diagnosis that may lean toward.
Do you have an addiction or obsession, are you driven? If so, time to 'fess-up! |

I prefer to call it protection. I save all my e-mails and instant message conversations as proof of what's really said. It has helped out many times.
