the smoothness of your skin and softness of your lips
the embrace we share sends my heart into flips
i long for this feeling now and forever
a difficult pain comes with this endever
i feel your skin but cant see your face
i pinch myself again just in case
am i awake or do i lay in a land of dreams
this silence i hold goes forever it seems
i miss the warmth and the spark of a kiss
for theres no greater feeling such as this
we hold hands and interlock our eyes
sadness and lonlyness leaves and dies
but this woman with no face stands at my side
then leaves without a trace, taken with the tide
i stand on the beach and look twords the sun
only to find that my dream is done
my head drops down and so does my smile
ill search for you some day, mile for mile
i look for the footprints she left in the sand
no evidence of her just an empty hand
a tear leaves my eye and runs down my neck
again shes gone even after i check
i walk to reality with dispare and haste
theres nothing worse than having a taste
theres a curse that lingers over my soul
no woman for me, let the truth be told
what did i do to deserve the ****
i just want a change if even for a bit
the alarm goes off and i awake and look
again my heart is what she took
an empty bed is the war i fight
until i see her in my dreams, late at night

This was written due to a woman with no face that appears in many dreams. She is always there as my lady and my love, yet I know not who she is.

Faceless,,like that of Love,,missing yet so wanting to find.
