Topic: help with my tattoo

i just got a tattoo on the uper part of my forarm,its the word redemption,the tattoo came out nice but it stays raised???some of it at times will go down but for the most part it stays up,,,can any one give me advice on what to do???begging for help

its pretty normal once it settles should be okay, iv had mine fir years and they still do it time too time.

dude how long does it take?is there anything i can do,,,like warm water or cold water or anything i can rub on it?
