To be positive is a good attitude to adopt for daily living, for good health, recovering and well-being. It very well may be a type of cyst which has no negative effects on your health but there due to aging like body ingredients pocketing into a lump.

Maybe it was to late at night or did not have my glasses on, for I could not find the thread under the forums tab. Seems like those two have quit a fascination with topless pics ... Old Hippy was disappointed in another thread for he stopped in to take a look at the topless pics. Is metalwing Joe?

I came to mingle2 to find someone to date and did not expect to join in on the forums. I did, it is kind of nice. Feel like I do not fit in though, I am just a bit strange then I guess or need to meet people. There are some topics here that I would not care to join in on.

I broke my foot 2 years ago we don't bounce like we use too. I tore a ligament in the same foot before that geesh. Work on my feet so there a mess have heal spurs too, got to laugh

That explains the spelling of your name I know about spurs, had two and they went away or dissolved. They did not get to the painful stage as I heard they can be. It seems as we get older it is better to grin and bear all things and be positive than fight aging, it will run its course anyway.

Sorry to say don't let them kid you there gone u just killed the nerves around it the pain comes back. I where lifts in my shoes to keep the pain gone.
