there it is again
the women wearing moons
and all the men
want to walk in space

inside the night
even then the shadows are gone

only the moon
and the women wearing them
and the men
and some stars
who are never touched
but show off their light

while the moons stand still
and the men climb to fly
some make it
but cannot walk on the sacred ground
but must circle and prove their resolve

when they do walk on the moon
and plant their flag
the ground is no longer sacred
