I used to be in Favour of Two State but Israel has no Intention of retreating so, now I believe that One State is in the best interests of Palestinians and Israelis SYNOPSIS - Gilad Atzmon outlines a vision of Palestinian-Jewish reconciliation in Palestine where Jews, freed of their Zionist state and its ideology of oppression, exclusiveness, exceptionalism, and racial supremacy and segregation, live side by side with Palestinians as citizens of one state with equal rights and responsibilities. http://www.redress.cc/zionism/gatzmon20120228

This is actually one of the things I like about Israel. This nincompoop is truly free to express his criticism of his own government whereas if he made the opposite argument in the Pal controlled territories like Gaza and said that they should lay down their arms and live peaceably side by side with Israel and cooperate with Israel then he would get killed for making such a reasonable suggestion! Israel is an island of sanity and logic and deserves to be protected and honored for their tremendous accomplishment in building such a society. Israel does not deserve terrorist attacks simply for existing as one Jewish state among more than 50 majority Islamic states.

It should be ONE state only.. I don't believe this...we have agreement. Yes One State with equal rights and equal status for all citizens.

Gaza should become part of Egypt and the West Bank part of Jordan.. Problem solved..

I feel sorry for people in that geographical location imagine how californians would feel if mexicans came back and booted them out(giving them lovely little cramped settlements as compensation) to set up homes for themself on the grounds that it was really their land to begin with,,,,, oh, wait,,,,

The United States paid Mexico $15,000,000 "in consideration of the extension acquired by the boundaries of the United States" (see Article XII of the treaty) and agreed to pay American citizens debts owed to them by the Mexican government (see Article XV). Other provisions included protection of property and civil rights of Mexican nationals living within the new boundaries of the United States (see Articles VIII and IX), the promise of the United States to police its boundaries (see Article XI), and compulsory arbitration of future disputes between the two countries (see Article XXI). http://www.archives.gov/education/lessons/guadalupe-hidalgo/

So what's your Beef? Actually Jordan stole the Westbank and East-Jerusalem,and nobody gave a Damn! Now everyone is howling when Israel is sitting on the Disputed Territories! Remember,Disputed,since The Arab League back then rejected Resolution181 out of Hand on behalf of the Palestinian Arabs! The same Arab League that was actually the de Facto Government of the Palestinian Arabs at the Time! Their Cooperation during WWII with the Nazis didn't help matters either! Look up Amin al-Husseini if you're not too busy some day!

But not a Jewish State..Right Isreal is not a 'jewish' state now... It has as many Arabs as it does Jews. Living side by side. Both defending against assualt by extreme governments around them. Israel has more allowed freedom of expression than the US does... It just does not allow rule by Theocracy. Which is why it is under constant attack.
