Mostly garlic then potatoes and beans. And in smaller amounts, a variety of veg, berries, herbs and mushrooms.
Very short season here, so many things are just getting going now. Can't beat stepping out the door for a breakfast of fresh strawberries. Yummmmm |

I've had an acre of tomatoes and assorted squash before..I had to have help..especially harvesting them..tomatoes get very critical . |

I do it alone. I try to concentrate on crops that take less labor.
I'm lucky to get a bushel or two of tomatoes from ALL the tomato plants. I wonder if Mingle would change the name of the thread for you? |

Years ago, II always had a garden, I canned a lot..that one large garden was for a roadside stand and I sold to restaurants..it was HARD work..now I raise NOTHING!!
Nope, they won't let me change the name of the thread...I started this thread for my son, and he has deserted us!!  So, we can talk about anything we want to here!
