There seems to be more and more of these insane stupid reality television shows everywhere... I hate them.

I watch television to escape reality.

I want peace and quiet and no drama and every channel I flip to there is some stupid reality drama going on.

I really would like to shoot my television but I know that is irrational.

so I just keep flipping channels until I get to a show I like which is sometimes impossible.

Thank God for Netflix and DVDs.

The only reality show I watch is Face Off on Syfy, a competition between up and coming special effects make up artists.

i rarely watch tv at all anymore
because that's all that is on.

I get more than enough "Reality" in a work day.
Not gonna watch it at home.

Its funny how every reality show seems to be fake or scripted.

Yeh, they are all fake anyway.. So much for reality.

They are simply bad soap operas with real people.

I have watched a few episodes of the Kardashians. It's like watching a train wreck. No, I don't watch reality TV.

its sad,, television used to have programming that at least TRIED to set the bar high for people

showing in tact families, responsible dads, caring mothers, respectful children,,,


now its like society responds to the lowest common denominator instead


,,,a sad shift in culture really, because if people werent watching, they wouldnt be making the shows....

True, shows you how many people are just nosy and want to see the crappy gossip and other people's so-called crappy lives.

I stick to Ghost Hunters, and I generally don't dare to venture beyond that. I've caught moments of various reality shows here and there. Bah.

Watched the premiere of the reality show Comic Book Men, Kevin Smith and friends talk comic books, plus shows Smith's comic books shop. Found it more entertaining than most of the current "scripted" shows I've seen.

It isn't just reality shows that are bad on TV, very few of the current non-reality shows that are on are interesting- it seems almost all dramas are cop shows or lawyer shows, that's why The Walking Dead and Hell On Wheels are a breath of fresh air.

Even Grimm is just a cop show(just supernatural added in)

I got burned out on Ghost Hunters, nothing exciting happens, and I'm not just talking about ghosts.

Ghost hunters is boring.

The kids shows on Disney are all alike, with terrible acting and high pitch teens screaming and jumping and doing stupid stuff. God I hate them.

Shows I do like are:

The mentalist, Person of Interest, NCIS, and Psyche.
