Most of us here are not in a relationship. And, with V-day right around the corner that fact is kind of thrown in your face a bit. But we all know there are pros and cons to everything. Being single definitely has its pros.
For instance, I was just thinking this morning in the shower that because I'm single I can go weeks without shaving my legs and months without a bikini wax in the winter.  What do you like best about being single? |

to me its just another day don't really mean a thing to me any more but the pros are i got the big bed to myself i can move around lol
 oh an i got the tv remote all the time too lol

I dislike this valentines day as i am only recently
separated and it's the 1st i will spend alone in a long time. Well not alone I have my kids and that makes me happy. What would I say I like about being single, I can do things on my time and not have time limits set for me. Honestly did not think it would be this hard to think or reasons why I enjoy being single. |

The sure peace of mind that I have no expectations of anyone nor does anyone of me. That way there is no disappointment on either end.
PLUS...the knowledge that if Bradley Cooper ever spontaneously shows up and asks me to marry him like I know he wants to, there are no messy strings to cut loose first!!

I can buy a new book without having anyone point out to me that I haven't read the last book I bought.

I have to say I love that I don't have to worry about coming home from work and making dinner...Or worrying about pleasing him or doing anything for him...I come and go as I please and don't have to worry about another person getting mad cause I am out...Its actually kind of nice.
