I'm here and I'd rather you didn't run....I hate the game of cat and mouse

Me too, it's killed many of good relationships with wonderful women. I think I make it pretty clear that I do not play or tolerate games, but for some reason some have felt the need to play this game, and it has not ended in their favor, nor mine really. I don't like to end relationships for nonsense like this.

I'd much rather a person just come out say what the feel. Tell me what you think. If I like it or not that's my problem. And I have to decide how to handle it.

Exactly, I'm glad you get it. That's how I am too.

The sad fact is not many people can handle honesty. So it makes us tend to be leery of what we say most of the time.

Not sure about men, but I'm sure it happens with them too, but it has seemed that many women tend to read and be given bad advice to follow on how to keep a man. I don't see why one would need to read information on a subject where being honest and upfront are the two most critical things to have in a mature and healthy relationship. I've also noticed that not being recovered from past relationships and wrongdoings can also hinder and destroy a relationship,

I'm glad I'm with an honest mature woman, who is not into playing games like that, and is not carrying and unresolved issues from her past that could hinder or destroy us. She's a wonderful lady, and I'm truly blessed to have her.

Well I don't know about most women. But I am a firm believer that we learn from our past experiences and that we make them what they are. We can sit and dwell on the negative or we can pick up and move on. And that goes for me and women. My ex used to blame everything on something that happened in his past. And his past was just as bad as mine but yet I could not see how those things effected how I acted on things today. But anyway.....another rant for another day.

:) I am happy for you!

Really?? Siiiiiiggghhhh. I just don't understand. You're either really broken inside or you think way too much of yourself. It could go either way.
