I am a great cook, I just lack creativity. So anyone got any ideas? haha :P

Well, my favorite breakfast has to be scrambled eggs and bacon with whole wheat toast. But if you're looking for creativity, here are some other things I often have.

An apple with sharp cheddar cheese.
Plain yogurt (Greek style) with a tablespoon of jam, sometimes with extra fruit chopped in. (I don't like flavored yogurt because it's too sweet.)
Hamburger with green beans topped with salsa and a dab of sour cream.
Pancakes with fruit added to the batter. Chopped apples with walnuts and cinnamon are very good. I also have a recipe for cornmeal pancakes that you will remember forever, but you have to be willing to take some times with these.
French toast with fruit on the side.
Blintzes.
Stir fried any kind of meat with peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
A cup of home-made soup, especially beef barley.

I could keep going . . . I eat low carb, so the typical cereal breakfast is not part of my day. But I do love pancakes, so I treat myself to them sometimes.

Im watching my weight, so my breakfast is boring.

Orange Marmalade Cornish Game Hen w/homemade cornbread stuffing.

Oh wait,

I used to put peaches in my waffle batter, and make waffles with hot peaches inside them.

Just be sure to grease the waffle maker REALLY GOOD, cause the peaches want to stick otherwise.

Well, because I'm obviously not going to be eating enough later on today, I kept it light. A ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a butter toasted bun with a side of homefries.

Alright, so I didn't keep it light. But Sundays are my days off of eating good so...whatever. I'll just pop the tums later.

OMG.....I love peaches. And I love waffles. That's like a food marriage made in heaven!!

So when we finally have that girls night sleepover..can we have those for breakfast?? I'll make the coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice!
