what is the best event in your life that surprised you the most?

can't comment yet as it may happen in the near future - but up to this point, the births of my children - I wasn't surprised obviously but it was the best! I guess I was a little surprised at how much I would love them! nothing prepares you for holding your newborn for the first time

For the first time in my life on Valentine's day last year; a friend of mine sent me flowers. I have never had flowers on Valentine's day from guys I dated so imagine the surprise of getting flowers from someone who has no romantic interest in me. He truly is the sweetest friend I have ever known.
