may be they want more PROOFS. not a great idea when someone is standing there bloody and bruised and another is there with no bruising and blood all over them to leave them alone while a warrant is obtained seems kind of careless,, in my opinion the 'evidence' should be substantial enough, at the very least, to be able to legally detain one or the other for further investigation |

Warrants should be issued to protect the liberty of every individual. |
