Dear Diary,
Last night they started cutting the nurses hours by one day. Tomorrow we have our inservice and it is rumored that the CNAs are next. We go through so much help already because so many simply can't hack the line of work we do each do for various reasons. Even the good help is now copping attitudes and we will lose more. I am starting to wonder if it is time to bail. I really like my job and feel like I just can't find a new job even though this one has no benefits like health insurance, workmen's compensation or even dental insurance. I have encountered other benefits that helped me in my personal life that I really don't think I could have found from any where else. It has me worried.

well i talk to them a lot and they dont listen even though i know they understand
