well i sit here thinking about my surgery and im wondering how much drugs i will be gettting yea mannnnnnnnnnn yea

Dear Diary,

I was forced to re~open the wounds from my past. Specifically my marriage and how and why I was beaten. Thankfully I stopped before it got too graphic about what I had to live through, and the decision to get help and get out before I got carried out in a body bag and basically left my baby with that monster.

Now the nightmares will continue once again and I will relive that pain and abuse everytime I lay down and close my eyes.

Yet, I sit here and wonder if the pain will ever go away?

Dear Diary,, tell ((( Fine )))) that in time yes the pain subsides yet the memories remain,, just remember you are a better person today,, as I was when I walked out on my marriage years ago,, due to abuse amongst other things,,

Remember life is incredible and we are better as humans for standing tall and proud and overcoming obstacles in life that one should never have to face,,,

Dear Diary....I was told by a psychiatrist many years ago that when you open the old wounds, you will feel the pain and to get better you must feel the pain first......not repress memories.
