no , he gave us some a year ago , and this and a smallish cheque is all he says is left but i know he is not bein honest and i cant look at it all , release to sign and stuff , i find it disrispectful to argue about it , its , s sad thing that happened and i cant read it ..i am supposed to sign something but signing probebly means agreeing and i dont..

I agree with Gypsy .... check it out BEFORE you cash the cheque as that maybe a form of acceptance ... right ?.. not sure , but at least ask the bank manager OR SOME ONE Cat ... :)
