I pulled a muscle yesterday, trying to run, an extra mile,

and today, I HAD to pick up my meds,

and you already know, I ride a bike.



I was pulling my last hill,

and hurting pretty bad,

when I rounded this corner.

There was a man walking,

and I smiled and said, "Hello, as I passed by him.

He looked at me, with a near toothless grin,

and gave me the BIGGEST smile I have EVER seen!



I didnt feel any more pain,

and I smiled,

the rest of the way home.
