Perhaps Ghosts appear in death as they really saw themselves in life? Hmmmm...interesting thought. It would make sense if they were "stuck". I'm just wondering if they've fulfilled their life's quest? If not, maybe a part of their energy stays in this plane to try to get it right...

Is it quite plausible that what we are seeing as ghosts or spirits, are actually the result of a time slip. Where the time line is shifted or bending into another time line. I think it would be like a earthquake, where two plates are moving against one an another. In other words, the event happened in the past or the future, but it might be briefly experienced in the present because of a instability in time and space. I like to think that this may be possible. A good analogy...

I bought my house a little over 4 years ago and it was finished being built in 1890. The first few weeks i was there, i was convinced somone was constantly trying to break in until one night i got up with a shotgun and went downstairs into my kitchen to see all my cabinet doors open then slam shut. I knew at that point that something else was there in the house with me. From then on, i was bound and determined to find out what it was. I formed a paranormal investigation group group called Pioneer Valley Paranormal (PVP). Through the years, not only have I learned to co-exist with "spirits" but have learned to handle situations that would normally make you go bonkers. I fully believe in the afterlife and have no doubt in my mind that all over the place, we have people who are of another world. Some may call it crazy talk and some may agree, but I can honestly say, the things that I have witnessed on my own and with my team have lead us to believe. cheers! A friend had the same experience. He has been on the search for years to have it happen again. The kitchen cabinets were found open in the morning. He closed them, took a shower, came back into the kitchen. The cabinets were open again.

Can it be that the human eye can perceive only the visible wavelengths of light ? Could it be that spirits or ghost have the ability to fluctuate in and out of this field of wavelengths at will ? Since the human eye is not capable of "seeing" visible wavelengths spectrum. Since certain radiation with wavelengths outside the human eye's visible spectrum. The visible colors from shortest to longest wavelength are: violet, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red. Ultraviolet radiation has a shorter wavelength than the visible violet light. Infrared radiation has a longer wavelength than visible red light. The white light is a mixture of the colors of the visible spectrum. Black is a total absence of light. Can it be that some spirits can cross the into, the visible wavelengths of the human eye spectrum ? In turn we are able to see them. Or capture them on film ? Through my own experiences, I find that it can go either way with the spectrum of light. I truely believe that it all boils down to the amount of energy emitted by a spirit. Another factor that I believe has to do with the visibility and presense of spirits is the surroundings. EMF's, wiring, batteries, anything that produces a form of energy that can help assist in diverting the energy from its original sorce to a forign source (spirit). In alot of the shows and as well as alot of my own personal experiences, areas that have a higher base EMF reading can and will throw off equipment used to "capture" a forign entity. It also has a selective impact on the individual. On the other hand, the increased energy emitted, can help a spirit manifest or do certain things that would make someone feel as though something out of the ordinary has happened. Just as an individual is more perceptive to certain phenomona, I feel that the same goes for the spirit world. I feel as though some of them are just not capable of communication for whatever reason. Obviously we dont know any of this for sure but I feel like there are spirits all over the place, its just a matter of matching the surroundings with the situations and having that perfect moment. Does this make sence? lol Yes.

One theory regarding ghosts centers around the previously described condition the earthbound spirits find themselves in. That are caught in a void, between the so called living world and that of the spirit world. I feel that we just do not try to understand what the spirits around us are looking for. Once I come to a understanding with the spirits I feel that we can understand each other. For these reasons, it is believe many a haunting occurs, as ghosts are suffering and in need of assistance in easing the emotional pain. I believe that finding most ghostly activity, such as noises, dreams, visible appearances, various disturbance, communications, touching, and even attacks (though rare), can all be explained by coming to understand the desperate minds of pained, disembodied spirits. They are simply people in need of spirit rescue. I know this is a bold statement. I feel at times as if they are spirits of people I have known. I do feel at peace with them. Then other spirits are trying to connect to let me know something. Like duck when a bullet whistles past your ear. Or driving along and the person in front of your slows for no reason. Only to drive down the road a bit to come across a very bad accident. Knowing at that moment that you could of been involved in that accident.

Do you believe in ghost and or haunted Houses? I do. Sure do. I grew up in a house that had several dark spirits. I kinda opened the door for some while exploring satanism, wicca, magik, etc. I was born and raised christian though, and that's what I am now. I don't regret exploring and rebelling, it has only confirmed and strengthened what my beliefs, which are based on my own experiences.

I do because of many things that has happen in my life. I have not seen a ghost but I do feel presence around me. I have had a few experiences where things I know I put in a area, was moved.

Types of Hauntings There are several popular theories about ghosts, spirits and possible hauntings. The two most popular theories are "residual" and "intelligent". Residual: In this kind of haunting psychic energy is at an exact place due to a sudden emotional release. This could be the result of a traumatic occurrence such as a sudden fatal accident, unexpected death, war, etc. It might also result from a cheerful event such as a wedding, a play, a birthday party, etc. The energy which was spent seems to have been somehow immersed into the environment where the event took place. Sometimes this residual energy can be detected by particular equipment or sensed by persons who are receptive to this type of energy. It can also be detected by sight, sound, smell, taste or touch. A similarity for a residual psychic energy haunting is a video recording. Like the tape used in a video recording, the surroundings in a location can "record" an event in which a significant outbreak of emotional energy occurs. Later, the environment can "replay" the event much like a video recording. The “recorded” event may be something as plain as footsteps, whispering or speaking voices, or it may be the actual appearance of an apparition. In a residual psychic energy haunting, the apparition does not appear to be aware of or recognize the attendance of observers. The repetitive actions of psychic energy can sometimes match up to the prior features of a site. Examples are the sighting of a ghost or spirit walking through solid walls where there might have been doors or floating down stairs that are no longer there. That would explain why ghosts are more often seen in old buildings or locations from previous time periods. I wonder if some are from the future or if the future doesn't yet exist so we only see the past.

It would be plausible, that a time shift here on earth can be seen. I would like to think that a time shift is not only one directional, that the future can also be seen. I do believe in spirits we can't always see and I would think that at times they may even be able to make themselves visible. I'm just not sure what they are.

I feel a presence more than I see shadow or a form of a person. Just the fact that I have been in places where a whisper or a feeling directed me away from harm. With no one even close to me. A friend this morning said" A mist in time is only a recording of the past" Then the discussion revolved around are we seeing a portal into the past or the future.

Ghosts, if it's a spirit is more than likely a demonic entity, even if it is supposedly a deceased relative or non harmful seeming spirit. Familiar spirits are demonic. Ghosts can also be angels though.

I have a friend that was on a ghost hunt. While on the hunt he got long and deep scratches on his back. So I do feel that there are demonic spirits.

Are Angels perceived as ghost? I believe so. Do we in fact see our own guardian as a Angel or a ghost? Sure why not.
