I do not believe in "ghosts" as in dead people still stuck here on earth. But I do believe in spirits. Good and evil.

I just finish watching a episode of ghost hunters. I heard a line that was said. "Ghost are loved ones, who do not want to leave their family behind." I like to think that they are watching over me as I go about my daily life. I'm with you on this one. Loved ones stay close, and like to help out. I've had some very tangible help from some not so tangible people who have crossed over. Being open to their presence strengthens their ability to connect with you. I feel they are there to help me.

I do believe that it is possible for the deceased to temporarily make contact with the living in a very limited number of circumstances. I think it probably takes a huge amount of effort on their part.
