Topic: The Materialism Disorder

What has spiritualism given us? Speaking for myself: Joy, Love, Balance, understanding, creativity, imagination, intuition, hope, inspiration, insight. And a visit from an angel in my dreams occasionally asking me if I would adopt another kitten.

What does not make any sense at all is that a materialist thinks that "brain" is the same thing as "mind." That's just stunted.

I am giving you (not you specifically) people who think you know everything a taste of your own medicine. There are times when the ego's just get so much in the way people stop listening to each other and laughing faces are all that make any sense. I know what I know and I will keep it to myself.

I have nothing against materialism. I know it exists. LOL I just see it as very limited thinking. I feel bad for people who are trapped inside of that box though.

I have nothing against materialism. I know it exists. LOL I just see it as very limited thinking. I feel bad for people who are trapped inside of that box though. Says you, with no regard to a consistent alternative. Often times when someone criticizes something they do not understand it is very easy to think the lack of understanding has freed them from the box, when reality they do not realize they live in an even smaller box. The box of there own personal beliefs without regard to objective truth.

The difference is my remark stated something about ME and how I feel towards non-spiritual materialists. (And it was after you implied that I was being made to feel bad about my own beliefs, which I was not.) My beliefs are flexible and have wings. I never feel bad about my beliefs. Why would I? I have changed them many times, and I can and probably will change them again. That's because I have soul. The only constant is change.
