Whats the last thing that you did, that made you really proud of yourself? Today, Boogie and I jogged 1 FULL HOUR NONSTOP! It almost killed us but we did it! A new record for us!!!

painted for twentyfive hours, and my hands did a good job of interpreting what my head came up with.

I had a young woman yesterday,,IM me here,,from Calli. a stranger to me..and SHE,,wanted to ask me a serious question about her and her man,,I answered,,and she said thanks a bunch,,YOU always give GREAT ADVICE.. That,,was a first in five years here,,as most,,just email me IF they have a question,,,NOW,,where doing those FAST IM'S,, But,,That did make me feel My voice and mind,,make a difference in this World,,a little bit,,anyway..

Good job, Roberta!! I miss running. Then do it again. Even just walk alittle, and then run alittle, and alternate like that, is really good for you. You dont have to do what I did, and go for any amount of time without stopping. Im just trying to kill myself.

I have always wanted to paint, but I have absolutely no talent in it. Ill tell you how badly I paint. My art teacher is school, saw one of my paintings, and said to me, "you know Roberta, I have heard you sing, in choir, and your good, so you really should stay with singing". In other words, "you suck at painting".

In other words, "you suck at painting". i've never taken an art class and i even went to an art school. o.O no one's ever said i'm a good painter. and i don't think i'm good. i just do it. i think anyone can paint. all it takes is some smearing of paint on a surface and tadaaa: masterpiece.

It was today! I had planned to go to a lep society meeting to get to know some people here. Due to terrible directions, I didn't find the place until an hour after the meeting started. Instead of freezing in shyness, I made eye contact with someone in the room (the door was wide open) and found myself generously welcomed in for the remaining hour of the meeting. Left with names of people to contact and encouragement to come on upcoming field trips. Yay for social contact!
