I dont know about you but I live a unique lifestyle. Im talking a fork in one hand and a dumbell in the other. No matter what meal it is I always bring exercise equipment to the table! |

Damn it sucks !! .. No motivation and sore as **** ! Even if you've fitness freak all ya life this one can still catch up to ya ;) That is your body's way of telling you to take it easy. You can do some serious damage to your muscles like ripping them and then you won't be able to train at all. Give your body at least one day rest. |
