In the meantime, they urge greater and greater sanctions aimed at the systematic destruction of the target country’s economy.

It's silly to say this document proves any nefarious doings by the Iranians. I suspect you didn't even read this report. Even if it did prove something, that region is none of Americans' business. Netenyahu has told the world that the Israelis can take care of themselves.
