There's always fried beer! Alright.....I'll bite. What's fried beer??? I didn't eat at the carnival at the rodeo since I was cooking but at the State Fair they had something like a biscuit filled with beer and deep fried. It wasn't very good. That doesn't even sound good They had fried snickers, milky ways, coke, butter, and a dozen other fried oddities. The one new item this year that is supposed to be good is the fried red velvet cake that has a cream filling and is coated in hot fudge. Some people will eat anything...but the beer is a little much...sounds awful. This is coming from a Texan who doesn't eat mustard on her burger? Yes.

The beef is then spread over the shell and mounds of lettuce, tomato, avocado, onions, and cheese are spread over the shells! It somewhat a cross between a crispy taco and a taco salad.
