and you have to barter/negotiate, as opposed to paying with money


and you are opposed to sending any one to the military,,,


but the proposals are:

10 children can get help if all ten enlist
6 children can get help if 4 enlist

or

you can stand your ground so noone gets enlisted and noone gets the necessary medical attention


,,,this is the type of negotiation and debate involved with bills in our congress, and I dont envy it

too often people pick out one part of a very long bill that they dont like and want to call for the whole bill to be repealed or they demonize the whole bill over parts they dont agree with


In the above proposal, Id have to let 4 enlist so that at least 6 could get help,,, but IM sure Id hear from others that I was a hypocrite for accepting those terms after stating I was against enlistment,,,
