I would have agreed with you until you mentioned the Occupy movement. They only time that a President should mention them is when he is directing his arrotney general to go after those freeloaders for the numerous crimes they are committing. |

The only thing ridiculous and unbelievable is the brainwashed idiots who think Romney, Gingrich, Perry, Bachman or any of the big business as usual candidates are really going to make a difference. |

When the "occupy movement" goes after the real 1%ers (congress) then maybe I'll give them some thought. But they won't protest the BIGEST CORPORATION IN THE US our own government.
As for GOP candidates the only one I would like to see is Santorum. |

Contrary to the propaganda being put out by the money-junkies and their pet presstitutes, the Occupy movement are not "commies."
They are not Marxists. They are not "Drugged out Hippies." They are not lazy. They do not "hate the rich." The Occupy movement are men. They are women. They are gays. They are straights. They are Black. They are White. They are Red. They are Yellow. They are Brown. They are young. They are old. They are you. And they are me. The Occupy movement is not trying to take over the country. The Occupy movement is the country, taking itself back. http://whatreallyhappened.com/ |

I like Huntsman. He was Governor when I was in Utah.... seemed a popular choice. I think his integrity keeps him from being a typical candidate. The slamming of the others to benefit, he has more class than that. |

The history of the USA PATRIOT Act involved many parties who opposed and supported the legislation, which was proposed, enacted and signed into law a month and a half after the September 11 terrorist attacks of New York City in 2001. The USA PATRIOT Act, though approved by large majorities in the U.S. Senate and House of Representative, was controversial, and parts of the law were invalidated or modified by successful legal challenges over constitutional infringements to civil liberties. The Act had several sunset provisions, most reauthorized by the USA PATRIOT Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 and the USA PATRIOT Act Additional Reauthorizing Amendments Act. Both reauthorizations incorporated amendments to the original USA PATRIOT Act, and other federal laws.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_USA_PATRIOT_Act A damn month and a half after 911 and yes reauthorized in 2005 by Obama. Betrayed again |
