I slipped in the shower and twisted the heck out of my back. sitting or laying down really hurts.Standing not to bad, but can't sleep that way.

I only feel ok if I am standing. If I am sitting or laying down and happen to sneeze or cough or laugh I feel like I am being ripped apart. Hope it will pass soon.
