What am I going to do today, well go to work only part of the day Get some laundry done Get my planter boxes ready for planting flowers More laundry Sit on my azz in between and watch tv In reality half of this stuff won't geat done like the laundry and the planter boxes

I am probably going to complain to somebody about having to work with a particular patient today. Then I am going to spend about three hours wishing time would fly by fast .. I will spend three hours repeating myself and rolling my eyes, all while smiling and pretending that I am loving my job at that moment.
