I have given up on actual dates so do not tell me mentioning my ex husband, etc. will scare off men. After my last date, my best friend the appeals court judge assistant has demanded my computer if I go out with another loser and she hears about it. What do you think about just friends in general male or female?

Turn it around and make yourself a better and more positive chick. Only way to know people is to get out there and try. Plus..who's to say you HAVE to find a man. Can make some good friends along the way and possibly find that one special person eventually tea. Don't lose hope!

YOU, are your own person now..And making friends is a great way to get lost inside their hello's and cute and funny thoughts of the day.
We all have come to this place here,,hurt through SOME type life life dramas,,or feeling the need to be known as a human being SOMEWHERE in this world..And this site fills the voids many of us share through all the positive kindness and the caliber of the people on here..  Can you meet an azz hole on here,,yes,,but you can meet ten very nice butt scratchers, as to every one of them,,,   meaning,,normal folks,,,  Time heals wounds into scars,,and scars can be hidden from knowing their there everyday..as we move forward in hopes of changing some of our old ways,and seeking to find the better new ways to view life and ourselves..through the many friends that allow us their attentions, letting us know we're not alone,,and that THEIR here for us IF we need them...AND,,its through some really good friendships that we explore more with one who makes us see them clearer,  Just take each day slow and try new thoughts out on here,,as a way you can make others laugh,,or topic's that you put forth a effort into that makes others want to get involved in...cooking,sewing, dating, cleaning?? and many others. YOUR make friendships in every forum you post in on a daily basis.
