Hi all I am only new to this site, but it seems that people create profiles and then don't come back to check their pages, so I was wondering if anyone actual comes on the site more than once a month?

Probably the majority create an account and immediately abandon ship shortly afterwards, but there are quite a few people who practically live here....

Depends on the individual. As Gearhead said, some practically live here. I don't follow a schedule for mingle, but do visit the poetry section often... Welcome to Mingle

The Search feature is set up to render
results based on the last visit to Mingle2.
So, if you visited Mingle2 every day, you
would be at the top of the Search engines.

So would the gals you check out.
Active members make use of the forums.
Seems simple, eh?

A lot of newbies do not know this.
It is rather a pro-active site.

Welcome, from the Oregon coast :-)

Hi all. My question is a different one. When I go to Login, my username and password are already pre-typed in and the 'remember me' box is always checked and I don't want it to be that way, I want to type in my info every time for security's sake. How can I change that?

Did you try unchecking the "remember me" box? And setting your browser settings not to remember your password for this site?

Hello and I agree... just depends on the person. Some people come on to mingle expecting a instant partner and when they do not get that..they wonder why and never return. Join the forums and make some friends.

This, and make sure you aren't logging in from a bookmark. If you have bookmarked a page, those cookies will redirect, so you may also want to clear cookies, and using the quoted advice above, uncheck the 'remember me' box on your next log in.

You may also wish to create an introduction topic, in this forum.

Welcome aboard, folks.

It looks like maybe after 10,000 post and 3 plus years you might find that perfect someone, or at least catch a communicable disease. Either way keep checking in and good luck:)

Maybe but some of us are also passive seekers....or have found and returned because of friendships
