The woman has filed a paternity suit against theteen idol looking for financial support for her three month old son. But she could also face being investigated for breakingthe law according to LA police for having sex with a minor. “If it is brought to our attention,of course we will look at it,” an LA PD officer said in a statement.
It is illegal to have sex with a minor if you are more than three years older than them in California and the offence carries a one year custodial sentence. Yeater was 19 when she claims she had intercourse with the singer. Yeater claims that Bieber told her it was his first time when they had sex last August in a toilet backstage at one of his concerts. She claims the encounter lasted 30 seconds.
In court papers filed, Yeater alleges she was approached by a securityguard who asked her if she wanted to meet Justin Bieber backstage. She said that on meeting the singer he singled her out and said he wanted to make love to her and that it would be his first time.
Belieber fans have reacted angrily to her claims on Twitter with Yeater now the subject ofdeath threats.

Justin Bieber has just punched a huge hole in the paternity suit reportedly filed against him by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater.
"Never met the woman," the singer flat-out told Matt Lauer this morning on Today when asked if he knew her.

"I'd just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true," insisted Bieber, regarding Yeater's supposed claim that he isthe father of her 3-month-old son. "I knowthat I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."
Bieber, who discussed the controversial matter while promoting his newholiday album, Under theMistletoe , added that thisnotion he and Yeater hadunprotected sex backstage following one of his concerts last year isabsurd given his busy schedule.
"Every night after the show, I've gone right from the stage right to my car, so it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations," the 17-year-old teen sensation said."To set the record straight, none of it is true."

TMZ has obtained the mug shot for the womanwho claims she's Justin Bieber 's baby mama ... taken moments after shewas arrested for allegedly slapping her ex-BF last year ... the OTHER guy she accused of fathering her child.
As we previously reported, Mariah Yeater was charged with battery in December 2010 for slapping her ex-BF John Terranova ... after she told the guy he was the father of her then-unborn baby.
John claims the baby isn't his -- ditto for Bieber.
Yeater is due back in a Vegas courtroom in the near future.

Oh, for crying out loud! Why don't the courts justorder Beiber to take a paternity test and end this one way or the other? If it isn't his, sue the hell out of her. If it ishis, pay up, Beibs!

According to Frances Lippe Mariah accused her grandson John Terranova knocking her up almost a year ago.
Oh, and it gets better. When Yeater come to Terranova's home to tell him he was going to be a father he flat out denied it. That's when Yeater lost her mind and broke his windshield!!
Lippe says Yeater left, then came back and starting slapping Terranova! (Sound totally sane to us! LOL!) The police were called and pregnant girl was given a warning arrested and charged for battery!
Police reports totally corroborate with Lippe's claim.
