the general population will agree that being critiqued or criticized still hurts either way...unless your critique comes out with a positive response, like say you at an ART SHOW and your work is being critiqued' and the response is "very well designed" then there is no actual punishment in the statement whereas criticism is a direct tare down of a persons work..
