Now, Im no fan of Cain or where his interests seem to be, but I hope some of those same Cain supporters who are so quick to paint other candidates unfit based upon unproven allegations and 'connections' from their past, will see that it is true noone gets to high positions in this country without developing some skeletons.

And hopefully we can get closer to a time where we vote on candidates based upon the issues and their capability and knowledge to deal with them,, instead of imperfections and 'perceived' imperfections in their past.

The highest ranked politicians and military officers always have some hideous skeletons. This is BY DESIGN. These are used to blackmail and control them.

According to Politico, which did not name the two women, Cain said that he had “thousands of people working for me” over his years as a businessman and he declined to comment on the allegations “until I see some facts or some concrete evidence.”

NBC News has confirmed that one woman received a settlement from the National Restaurant Association after complaining about inappropriate sexual conduct by Herman Cain .
NBC News is not disclosing the name of the woman nor characterizing who she is.
Cain denied the allegations, saying on FOX this morning he was"falsely accused." "I havenever sexually harassed anyone, anyone," he said, "and absolutely, these are false accusations."

I hope this event helps publicize what Cain did as the head of the lobby group: National Restaurant Association. He worked to loosen drunk driving laws and stop smoking bans in restaurants.
This man is being considered for President?? No one is THAT stupid to vote for someone with that history.
By the way, his Pizza stint was 15 years ago...yet that's what he'srunning on. He wants you to forget he was a lobbyist.

I doubt this will hurt him in the primary.

No one cared about Clinton's carrying on in the oval office or his string of girl issues....i don't think most will care about what Cain got himself into 8/10 years ago, except maybe his wife.

I started working in 1967 (I know!!!)....There were no sexual harassment laws then. By todays standards I'm pretty sure I could have made a harassment case against every male employer I worked for...and you know what, so what!
I'd be more concerned with a potential candidate who had not skeletons in his or her closet....

Sexual harassment is NOT ok if it effects ANY person in their rights or abilities to support or live their life choices!No means no, and they should not be "penalized" for that choice by a "superior" or anyone!

A "President", the leader and representative of our great nation, and the people in it, SHOULD NOT HAVE SLURS ON THEIR CHARACTER!!!!!! Corruption, due to a character flaw, is emminent and will be used to influence his choices in governance, AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED OR TOLERATED AS PASSE'!

And to play devils advocate, Im glad kids are even worrying about whether ANY kind of sex is 'ok'. So many of them do so much more than oral on a regular basis, those stopping at second base are refreshing in comparison.

Although Id rather see them stop at first, but with all the media messages about natural and necessary and fulfilling sex, what are we gonna do...

And yes...MANY of the kids (at least the ones I was around) really
did think a blow job was just that...a blow job, not sex!

It sent a very confusing message to young men, and the girls because soon after.. giving boys blow jobs in the bathroom stalls during school hours became quite popular.

I would think getting your mouth any where near anothers 'private part' would most definetly be considered sex....as much as penetration.

Most young adults agree penile-vaginal intercourse is sex, but less than one in five think that oral-genital contact counts as “having sex,” according to a 2007 survey of undergraduate college students.

This attitude toward oral sex represents a dramatic and sudden shift in thinking since 1991, when a similar survey found that nearly twice as many young adults (about 40%) would classify oral-genital contact as sex.

Researchers point to former President Clinton’s infamous statement, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman,” as the pivotal turning point in society’s changing views about oral sex. The attitude shift has been dubbed the “Clinton-Lewinsky” effect.

“Like President Clinton, adolescents and young adults often interpret these words with a degree of latitude, depending on whether they want to maintain an image of being sexually experienced or inexperienced,” Jason D. Hans and colleagues at the University of Kentucky, Lexington write in their report, “Sex Redefined: The Reclassification of Oral-Genital Contact.”

A surge in abstinence-only education and sex education programs that focus primarily on vaginal-penile intercourse also may play a role in the disassociation of oral-genital stimulation from sex, the authors say.

Sex is a wonderful and fulfilling experience! It is sadly cheapened and sold wholesale by MSM, Hollywood, and television, and is making its way into "kids games" now as well! Sex and violence, two working parents in a household just to make ends meet! OUR KIDS ARE DOOMED!

I agree that kids have it harder now and that there will probably never be a uniform agreement as to what is 'SEX'
