Having a great day replacing part of the roof on my house. Thank you Mother Nature for giving me carpenter ants. An even bigger thank you to the 'amazingly accurate' weather.com who said it wasn't SUPPOSED to be raining right now!

I gotta take Boogie out for a lonnnnnnnnng walk today. Then ride my bike to get some meds, clean house, generally just stay busy all day, since its dark, cold, cloudy, and depressing here.

Schools are closed today so kids are home. Will try not to electrocute myself during my attempt to change light fitting in kitchen.. Also promised to make popcorn for our home cinema evening - lost count of how many times a person can watch Kung Fu Panda 2 and still consider themselves sane
