I am a major bluegrass fan. I've met many of the major stars of Bluegrass music. In 1988, in fact, Bill Monroe and I walked around together and talked a bit at a fair (we were looking for a booth that sold soda). I've talked with Claire Lynch quite a bit after a couple of her shows (mostly I talked her ear off....LOL). I've met Del McCoury and Ralph Stanley, too. I've met SO many, I've got to start making a list.......

long running fan of alison krauss & union station here - familiar with Bill Monroe's music too & several others

But hugely into AK & US

one day I was driving thru the red river gorge near the axe cut rail tunnel and I pulled over by a little river meadow listening to choctaw hayride & eating my lunch
