Single and wanting someone this christmas season . Waaah .. Are your friends and family not good enough? That's what comes across when people talk about how the holidays suck without dating someone. That's exactly the case with some people. Some of us, like me, come from bad families that we avoid. I don't have a circle of close friends who would be available on holidays. It doesn't affect me as much as some, because I'm not a festive person to begin with - so I don't really enjoy holidays, anyway. If I cared about holidays, having a significant other would be the only thing that could make them meaningful - because my "family" isn't good enough, and my friends aren't available on holidays. |
