I think the proplem is...people are not sincere, they would rather PLAY....they probably think it is safer that way

everyone plays games at one time or another. but the older you get, the games get old and boring. there's only one game im interested in and thats tackle football naked with that "special someone" ha ha ha

I think people play games because they are affraid of being hurt... this way if they are playing games they don't develop any feelings for the person so there is no reason for them to be hurt if things didn't work out the way they wanted them to

As for gamers, heck, they are people too. I mean, I consider myself a gamer. I have a PS2, Xbox, PC, Chessboard, I play D&D...

Those are games..."players" are not gamers. They aren't playing a game so much as they are lying. Yeah, that's a better word to describe them...liars.

We hear phrases like, "Don't hate the player, hate the game." I love that line, that's very clever...if you ignore the fact that the "game" consists of manipulating someone for your own ends.

In other words, making them believe something that isn't true.

Which is a lie.

Still, they have their role in the circle of life too, I mean without them we wouldn't be able to appreciate somebody for their honesty. While it would be nice if honesty just "WAS", that it wasn't anything special, the reality is that is not the case. The reality is that honesty is a virtue, a trait, a something special which we expect everyone to have, even while acknowledging the fact that people fail to be honest on a daily basis.

So God Bless the "players", because without them we would not appreciate sincerity.
