TOFFEE CHOCOLATE CHIP DIPPED COOKIE 2 cups of UN-salted sweet butter 24 oz. Of chocolate chips 4 cups of sifted flour 2 cups of packed brown sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. Sea salt 2 cups white cane sugar 1 8oz. Hershey toffee bits 5 cups of blended oatmeal 4 eggs at room temp. Beaten slightly 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. Vanilla 16 ounce of candy chocolate Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Combine in the eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Combine in the chocolate chips, Hershey toffee bits. Roll into balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip or spread the melted chocolate. On the slightly cooled cookies. The tops of the cookies only. Makes 112 cookies. Recipe may be halved.
