the peregrine falcon can reach flight speeds of over 200 miles per hour. They usually take their prey on the wing (like pigeons), rather then hunting for ground-bound prey like mice. They were used to intercept homing pigeons in WWII.

The other egg laying mammal or monotreme is the echidna both species are only found in australia. Also I didnt think rhinos or hippos couldn't jump either due to body weight.
