Here's my first post at Mingle2. Here I am sitting on my pc at 1:00 a.m. looking for something, but don't know what to look for. I read a bunch of posts by topic and had a chuckle or two. I found this topic and the posts reflect bored. What ever happened to real chat groups that were free, and real people used them. Back in the day, it was always exciting to jump on line on hump night, (Wednessday night) and chat with some old friends and maybe meet a new friend or two. Chat didn't have to be about sex, or dating just good old fashioned things like, have a beer on me, how was your week so far, got any plans for the upcoming holiday? I have kept off the chat sites since they messed up the old ICQ. Get a weekly chat time going and invite a bunch of people to the post, and have an online party to break up the weekly pressures of every day living, but keep it real. Then things get to be more fun and a whole lot less boring.

Welcome :) yeah i used to go on a chat site too, but it got closed down two year ago, as the admins couldn't afford to keep it up and running. I was there for about four year. It helped me make new friends after i split up with a guy. It just takes longer for a response in forums. Wheras a chatroom gets quicker responses. I'm not used to only using forums. Maybe in time, but still finding it a tad weird right now. . It's more like reading text messages.

Not long got back home from a so-so date and bored.

Been chatting to a guy online but after two weeks of daily mails, we’ve run out of things to say so bored doing that as well. I'm just...bored
