Is anyone worried about how this comet could be affecting us now or in the future?

i've been reading stuff about it but i don't know, just keeps making me think about the steven king movie "maximum overdrive" , or the movie "night of the comet"
zombies and weirdo's will be taking over the world lol.

I just realized this topic was already discussed at length in another thread. But, all the information was very scientific. I'm not sure I know what to think, but it makes me wonder about all the earthquakes and weird weather we have been having lately.

But when they were asked, the Denver Airport said that there was no deep underground city or bunker under the Denver airport.

Alien hunters have been talking about the underground city for years.

NASA still claims that the comet is harmless. They claim that comets are just "dirty snowballs" and this one is small.

We made it past 11-11-11 ! Some gloom and doomers were saying that date was going to be significant.

Well, that makes me feel better.

How many times have we listened with fascination to wild eyed preachers about the end of the world spreading the fear of God to little children and asking if we have been saved by Jesus?

That kind of crap is what I call spiritual terrorism.

I'm guilty of listening to that stuff too, but mainly because I have always vowed to keep an open mind. When you make an effort to keep an open mind you are forced to filter a lot of crap through it.

The subconscious mind itself will accept anything you tell it, so you have to employ your inner skeptic and use reason when sifting through so much information.

I always look for motive and agenda. Some people just like to spread fear and panic, others just want you to click on their website ads so that they can make money. LOL

I have to admit, I do judge a website by certain things.

1. --> how much crappy annoying ads they flash at me.
2. --> how fanatical they are about some religion or ministry.
3. --> agendas
4. --> How many books they are trying to sell
5. --> and what their web site looks like.
6. --> Who they are (if they don't say who they are that's bad.)

That is not saying that I disregard their information, but it weighs heavily on judging it or taking any of it seriously.

This is really good advice. I am the same way. I keep an open mind, which makes it my responsibility to determine truth from fiction. Not always an easy thing to do when there are so many lying out there.

I wasn't so much worried about the world ending as I was about the increase in weird weather and earthquakes over the last year. I am curious as to why and how bad it may get.

The entire solar system is going through changes including global warming. Everything is a lot brighter. (The other night during the full moon it looked like dawn it was so light outside. Looking at the moon did not used to make me squint, but it is so bright!)

As for earth changes, it could get worse and we might see some more disasters. The sun is headed toward the galactic plane of the galaxy. It could be a bumpy ride. If we make it through Dec. 12 2012, I think the rough ride will be over.

So you do think that the weather changes and natural disasters are related to a change in space? It makes sense to me. Apparently, it just isn't all attributable to the comet.

What I think is unqualified. I'm no scientist, and no astronomer.

But

I have read about a lot of changes happening in the entire solar system. Global warming is happening all over, not just on this planet. The planets are all brighter, the moon is brighter. Things are changing.

What ever is happening, things are changing.

And its not because of my hairspray. LOL That's simply absurd.

It has to get worse in order to get better..
