Getting music off the net isn't new or difficult. That said, I found this website for free music broadcast called sky.fm.
The music mix comes in many different flavors and some are addictive. I have been listening to the classical guitar and some new age jazz that isn't so easy to find other places. It goes well with Mingle2. Try both at the same time. 
If you find something good and unusual, I'd like to know.

I listened to Pandora last week. You are correct it is another good source. Pandora seemed to play what it thought I liked. Sky.fm plays a lot of stuff I have never heard before, so the two have somewhat of a different approach. And sky.fm mixes some really good old stuff with new stuff ... if that is what you pick out of the channels.

the limit on skipping songs gets too annoying in Pandora so i
always just end up cruising youtube, local music station, lastfm, yahoo music or myspace music and clicking on a variety of choices until i find a variety of songs i like. will try sky also though as it sounds fun too. |

Trying Sky right now. It's cool, but is there a way to skip songs you don't like? I don't think so. If they played something I really didn't want to listen to I just changed channels to something else. I really liked the mix they have so I haven't felt the need to change much. |

I attempted lastfm but they are having email problems. It seems way more complicated than the others.
