real math:
to be socially acceptable couple
take the males age divide it by 2 and add 7 that is the minimum the female's age can be

but remember the statistics of a happily married couple turns out to be around 1.2-1.4%
average americans go through 8 relationships before marriage
1/8 = 12.5%
of those married the divorce rate has increased to 60%
statistic drops to 5%
of those after calculating overlapping causes
how many of those are in counseling/cant afford divorce/together because of children

statistics of a happily married couple 1.2-1.4%

no way to measure how many couples are 'happily' married

but that figure takes a subsection of couples that are married

it doesnt look at actual married Couples,, there is a difference

if you want to talk psychology yes these statistics are very disputable, but if you are looking for singular linear progression through the train of an average person's life time, these statistics prove true for at least americans

so the reword what i was saying i guess you could say no happy but together with less problems?

less problems than what?

than the other 90 percent,, so we are only discussing the 10th percentile

or than the other 80 percent, so we are only discussing the 20th percentile

,,,all of those discussions would be about the SUBGROUP of married couples, taken from a SUBGROUP of all couples

which involves too much crossover to be very useful,,,,

example

out of fifty parent couples, forty are happy (thats 80 percent)

but if I expand that to include 1000 couples of any type of which fifty are parents, that number becomes 1/20 couples are parents

if I express that 80 percent of those 1/20 are happy parents

it suggests that 4 percent of parent couples are happy, thats the way the op was stated, but it is not correct

as we initially established 80 percent of of the parent couples were happy

to say the statistics of happy parent couples is a mere (80 percent of the 1/20)4 percent undermines the statistic that out of PARENTED couples 80 percent are happy

ID imagine many couples that are married are happy, and that likewise, if there were statistics about those 7/8 relationship that happened before that marriage, we could say 100 percent of them were unhappy, because they obviously ENDED,,,,

well the variety that i have pushed through were couples who would want to split up due to changes or "problems" that may occur during a married relationship

i had specifically targeted couples who had or are going to be married

now if youd like to calculate how many happy couples there are a this specific moment that would be high in variables and less likely to be an accurate account
