We, as a community, are all for proper spelling and writing in grade two style. By that I meant we can't read txt, and if someone communcates in that style, we get cross-eyed and -- sadly -- very irritated.

This is the norm here. It's a convention we follow, not a hard-and-fast rule. We are an inclusive bunch here, too, some of us got tremendous emotional help in achieving our goals from this community, but the first step to acceptance is notxt.
