looking into moving somewhere along the oregon coast and wondering if anyone on here lives around there and has any info they can pass on about the area, jobs, cost of living, etc. thanks

Lincoln City does pretty good.
A 67-store outlet mall.
Huge casino with shows.
Salishan Golf Resort on the ocean.
Large hospitality contingent.
A zillion shops and restaurants.
Pretty self-sustaining.

im about 2hours away from lincolin city
and yea thats great place for tourst but also
im thinking the rent would be a little cheaper than most places

they also have a casino
in ground round oregon which is a small town on the way to the beach
there is some jobs you just need to look

i think the cheapest rent you can find if your lucky
would be about $395
or sometimes in the small community towns like independence oregon which is also known to be a college town the rent can be very reasonable
