We are in more danger from the Republicans in our government. They demonstrated this by letting our credit rating get downgraded and almost allowing a default of this country.

And they didn't do the damage that got our credit downgraded. The S & P warned our officials what would happen if they didn't cut $2 TRILLION from our spending. They only did $800 million and sent the other 1.2 trillion in proposed cuts to committee! That was the Democrats and Pelosi's mess! That was what did in our credit rating. Raising the Debt ceiling without the needed budget cuts caused the downgrade!

Almost all political scholars consider Fascism to be a Far Right ideology. And a look at the Wikipedia article on the subject would show the reader there are many points of intersection in the beliefs, goals and methods of today's Far Right in America, especially with Italian Fascism.
