If you suspect a spammer/scammer/bot then use the 'report' feature.

As far as I know, there's no way to block them. The site is free to use though, so just like any other free site, ads should be expected. They gotta make money somehow ya know.

i use firefox, and have all the popups blocked, win 7 itself blocks a few, and windows defender removes the others... i don't have any problems here, but i'm not real sure what your referring to... i also have my browser settings to delete all cookies when i close firefox.
and i also have it set to not let it redirect it to another page.

I am using firefox as well and the adds like the one that comes in at the lower right side saying "You are todays winner from blahblahland"

Or the ad's up top that appear to offer "chat & flirt" when you are on your homepage. So if your new and you look up you see an ad above there and then think that the chat portion is to here and it's not, sends you to another website..

Hi exxman,
If you'll notice, below the main header, and above the community description, those are advertisements. Just below the ad you will see (Ads by Google) and a link which shows you the website the ad is for.

Also, We did receive your report, and that account has been removed.

Thanks, and welcome aboard.

The ads help support this site, so we ask that our members do not discuss how to block ads in this forum. Thank you for your understanding.

I don't think so.
I back this up with the fact I have been here
almost 2 years and my email is solely
for this site.
And I have never received a single bit of spam.
Not one.
