If i send a love message to an opposite sex it simply means i want more then just friendship; u know one needs to hug a loved one and from huging anythin can happen smooched

I often tell people i am close to that I LOVE them, as I do,
But if i title a message to a friend I LOVE YOU then it would mean that i have very strong feelings for them..

There are so many types of friendship , but I wouldnt address a letter with I LOVE YOU, unless i meant it.

If they are sending you a love letter saying I love you and requesting a response then chances are they want to be more than just friends. Personally I have two very good friends of the opposite sexwhom I tell I love you to. They are both very dear to my heart and like brothers to me.

I've been told 'I Love You'. I think those are the most beautiful words in all the different languages. That is what we should strive for ...as a People...as a Nation....as a World. It just needs to be clarified with whom is sending it how IT is meant. I certainly don't want to lead anyone on by them thinking I have a romantic "I Love You" interest when it is a general "I Love You" interest. I'm like Josie...I tell the people that I'm close to that I love them. I'm a huggie, kissy person with pretty much most of my friends.

At one time, there was a virus attached to that email.

Do a virus scan if you opened anything like that or clicked on anything in that email.

p.s. sometimes those are Trojans. Trojans are programs installed on your computer that send private information to someone. (spies)

My female friends and family members get "Luv Ya"

My step-daughters get "Love You" when I visit them

I save "I Love You" for my significant other

(so many rules... so little memory rofl )

Jeanniebean is right - this was a famous trojan mail topic/title - most popular about 2-3 years back.

Might be love, but I'd approach with caution! Actually, at this point I guess I'd approach "love" with caution too, but that may just be me!

All the best!

I dont know, that is a tricky one, I love a lot of my friends-hands down. I love how they make me laugh, how caring they are, how sweet they are...but in a brotherly/sisterly bff sort of way. I guess it depends how it was sent.

If that was the only words in the message---chances are she may be trying to say something more, like she wants you to know perhaps her true feelings about your relationship..and maybe she has fallen in love.

I'm not getting the point to your question, but there are many ways to say "I love you". If i was to tell someone i loved them, then I'd have to feel moved by that person in some sort of way. Also, i'd have a really overwhelming feeling. I'd rather let them know in a more subtle way than a letter. I'd tell them, but not just suddenly say "I LOVE YOU!", only for them to have a look of "wtf?" on their face.

Well seeing how someone nearly has to torture me to say "I love you"; I would just thank the person but wouldn't say the same thing back.

This is EASY!!!

If you say "I love you"

...then mean it. It is no harder than that.............

Until you are willing to change that....then don't expect it to change. Love takes two people to throw down thier guard and just accept that they are loved. Most people aint got the guts to just give themselves.

They will always be alone.
