where you wished you hadn't gotten out of bed... today was one of those days for me... every time I turned around my boss was chewing my a** out because the associates don't see me as a manager yet and felt they didn't have to listen to me when I told them to find something to do over and over again... yeah I know i'm whinning but needed to vent... I'm tired of them not listening and back talking me...

Yeah, today has been one of those days. Seems like drama just follows me around, and I get sooooo tired of it.

I've never had a bad day in my life.
Bad moments, not bad days. |

I'm not trying to feel sorry for myself TLW I can actually take a lot of crap I mean a lot... today was just my breaking point

It's ok to feel sorry for yourself...I'm the only unmarried child in my family (I have 5 brothers and they all are a bunch of horndogs with about umpteen kids each - newest one 7/7/07 is Sophia Lynn) and believe me that's pressure. Especially from my mother. I'm a great Aunt but I love to have "me" days also. But look on the bright side - it's almost the weekend!

I understand what you're going through, Pooh. My daughter is 22 and has been manager of one of the local fast food places for a year. When she first became manager she had the same issues. Those issues are no longer there! They took care of themselves, practically. Give it some time, Pooh.

each individual has a break point which is fair
after all we are just humans however, sometimes some people just don't have time for it i'm one of those i have my break point, but the most i have the chance to let it go, is about a minute. too many people and things depend on me |

it's scary though
i don't wanna become a machine |

thanks... I'm kinda still in training we are "holding" me back so that I don't have to leave my store.. I have the title and pay but am not certified.. most take direction from me easily others don't take direction from anyone not even the store manager.. just on more slip-up and their gone...
catlv... I have one biological brother and a step-brother and step-sister they all have kids (one on the way as well) so I know how you feel there |
