I'm sure there are aliens out there in space, but the ones you should be worried about are the ones who are here among us.

Don't look up, look down... beneath the earth. Are they really aliens if they have been here longer than us?

How long did it take humans to evolve? Not long. Dinosaurs were on the earth much longer than it took humans to evolve...

Did we evolve from dinosaurs? Why not? Did anything else evolve from dinosaurs? Why not?

birds, lizards, alligators, sharks, frogs, and all reptiles... humans did not evolve from dinosaurs, we evolved from the rodents that lived beneath their feet...

Anything is possible.laugh laugh bigsmile And they had a lot longer to evolve too.

I think that the reason there is so much alien stuff is that EVERYTHING else has been covered so they are looking for something new to interest their watchers. It will get more bizarre as time goes.

Remember "Running Man" lol

Was that about aliens?

1987 film about making an arena style sports "reality" show out of putting criminals to death so people could watch and vote on it...lol

They will stop at nothing for ratings...lol

The discovery Channel, the History Channel, movies, and now a new series about an alien invasion are all preparing humans on earth for the idea that aliens exist.

No scientist I know of will say for certain that we are alone in the universe.

More than 75% of people today believe that UFO's are real, and that aliens exist.

Records of Sky ships go back to the 1700's.

Aliens..... exist.

Does anyone doubt that?

Do they look human? Are they among us? Are they friendly or are they planning on taking control of the earth?

If and when they do.... will humans be their pets, their slaves or their food?

hey, remember jeraldo and the big tv hype up to his openning of al capones secret vault? hahahaha.

likely life on other planets does exist but not necessarily likely they've evolved much intelligence and there's only a miniscule likelyhood we would cross paths with them. humans have been around but a few hundred thousands of years, the earth only four and a half billion years. when you consider the timing required to travel the massive distances involved and the time it takes a species to evolve, the odds of two distant intelegences conneting is extremely remote. one of those ufo's could have passed by a million years ago and there would have been nobody here to say it was unidentified much less a space craft.

humans might live till extinction and be gone at the very moment blast off occures on some planet orbiting a star millions of light years away. even if they perfected travel at the speed of light and know precisely where earth is they might arrive millions of years after humans became extinct. we've only had radio technology for a century or so. a more advance civilization may have sent a message when colombus was crossing the atlantic and we missed it. a big sky our there no matter what star system you live in so they swung the antenna, gave up on our region of space and are searching elswhere.

probable that life exists elsewhere. perhaps evolved to our intellegence or beyond. maybe, just maybe there out there right this moment. extremely unlikely we'll ever know for sure.

If someone wants to believe the moon is made out of cheese so be it.

Just don't sit there and tell me because you believe it I have to accept it as a fact.

FFS

I certainly don't care what you believe when it comes to the existence of aliens.

I like to stay in the realm of provable science.

Theories and beliefs that aren't proven by science are nothing more than great works of fiction.

You are no different than people that believe in a God.

Plain and simple.

That was my original statement and this back and forth has only proven my point.

Thanks.. haha

The point is that the stuff that is on television and in the movies is conditioning the public to the idea that aliens do exist or existed on the earth in the past.

That explains Jersey Shore.

You think you have proven your point but you have only proven that you are stuck on what classical academia tells you to believe. That is what you are comfortable with. You probably hate who ever they tell you to hate also.

I have weighed the evidence, considered the possibilities and decided that it is highly unlikely that humans are the only intelligent life in the universe. Highly unlikely.

That you came to a different conclusion is no concern of mine.

You have no concept of God.... that's fine.

Believe in yourself. That you even exist is a miracle.

i've asked this question several times of you jeannie and every time you post a link to a website that doesn't answer my question but i'll give it one more try. may i see this evidence that you've weighed? if there is evidence of intellegent life out there, i'd like to weigh it too. of course i'd have to consider the evidence and it's source just as you do when discussing evidence with the god fearing folks on the religious forums. speaking of which, that's probably where this thread belongs.

I can't present all the evidence because it involves more than three years of research and personal experience, my own logical deductions, reasoning, etc.

I did not come to this conclusion by simply reading a few websites. When I started investigating many of the unexplained mysteries of this world and this reality I began by steering away from the idea of alien or non-human intelligence, but every path I went down eventually lead to that possibility. Therefor I can no longer rule it out.

But I don't relish going down the path of attempting to convince anyone else. That is a frustrating and time consuming proposition. People have to go down that path themselves.

And no, this thread does not belong in the religion forum. It is not about whether aliens exist. (Or worshiping them.)laugh

It is about the media and the brainwashing that is happening on television to prepare the public for the idea that aliens exist.

It is one of the reasons so many people are being convinced, except the people who have had abduction experiences themselves.

i think it's either you believe it or you don't... all the information is out there, anyone can do a search, go to the library and make their decisions based on the evidence at hand. I feel there is enough evidence out there to support the strong possibility that something is going on... artifacts from 1000's of years ago depicting alien type peoples, spaceships, technologies... millions of people from around the world seeing, filming and taking pictures of "things" that are flying in the sky... just because you don't see something doesn't mean it's not there

Even our scientists are creating cloaking devices. If we can do it, I'm sure an advanced race has been doing it for a very long time.

My scale of belief keeps going up. I've assimilated a lot of information, good, bad, ridiculous, indisputable etc. So I finally said to myself.... what if they do indeed exist. Lets go from that premise...so If they exist....

It is better to know everything about them than to know nothing. Some of them may be friendly to humans, but I think most of them are not. Like any society, there are criminals with agendas, and like any society there are rules or laws. And they will (and do)have their weaknesses.

I decided the best policy is to avoid them. If you wanted to be an alien hunter I could probably tell you where to look for them and how to see or make contact with them. (Most being inter dimensional beings, some people call them 'demons.')

It is probably better for the average person to say (and believe) that they don't exist in the 'real world.' (this dimension) UFO's seem to pop in and out of it.

In accepting the premise that they do exist, I look for agendas and methods of operation. One galactic agenda is the need for energy and resources.

I don't stress over it anymore though because if they have been here long before us humans, then we obviously are needed for something.

fine, didn't ask for ALL the evidence. any evidence will do. you demand evidence from the god fearing folks when they make their claims and cite their research and personal experiences. is there evidence to support your own 'logical deductions, reasoning, etc., or not. if not, whot logical deductions led you to your reasoning. jennie you ask very similar questions of christians in the religious forums. fair's fair, no?

I haven't been asking those questions lately. I know all they really have is the Bible, and pursuing that argument is a waste of time, although a book by a Jewish Historian pretty much reveals that the story of King David, Abraham, Moses, Joshua, and the Israelite s wandering in the desert for 40 years never happened. His name is Shlomo Sand and the book is "The invention of the Jewish People"

You probably have access to all the same evidence that I do via the Internet. I have read other books that maybe you have not read. I have evaluated accounts of alien abductions of different kinds. One book called "Hunt for the Skinwalker" was about a study of strange happenings on a ranch near the four corners by a team of scientists. Very interesting. Other books I have read add to my body of information that I have considered in my over-all world view. That will include books by scientists, spiritualists, theorists, etc. Not all of them point to, suggest or claim anything about aliens but all contribute to my over all picture of reality and the world. Not that I am claiming that any of them are 100% true or understood. Here a a few: books I have read.. just a few.

The fabric of Reality, David Deutsch
The Holographic Universe, Michael Talbot
The End of Time, Julian Barbour
The Law of Attraction, Esther and Jerry Hicks
The Field, Wayne W. Dyer
Journeys out of the Body, Robert Monroe (three books)
Chariots of the GODS.
The biggest Secret, David Icke,
Matrix V - Val Valerian

Mind you this is just a sample. I have read accounts of alien abductions, met and spoken to several abductees, investigated mutilated cattle sights, interviewed ranchers who were threatened by men in silent black helicopters when silent black helicopters were said to not even exist. The men had had so many cattle mutilations that they were driving around their property with shotguns at night. They were approached by a silent black helicopter and were told to get out of the area. It was their own property. Guess what? Silent black helicopters did not exist at that time. They were still classified vehicles.

I have also seen several UFO's myself and even photographed one. But its so tiny you can't see much but three dots. It was a triangular craft. I personally know people who have had close encounters with UFO's and missing time who might have been abducted.

~~ Just a small sample of the reason for my conclusions.

It is certainly not enough for me to think I can prove anything to anyone else. Just personal experience, logical deduction, reasoning and piecing things together. I am no longer engaged in the study of aliens or trying to prove they exist. I just don't scoff at the idea anymore. I consider it as a very likely possibility.

Those aren't real scientists. They are so last week. LOL

The aliens here, are coming from another dimension.... not from outer space. They have bases of operations under ground, and in the ocean.

They should stop gawking up at the sky.

i'll not read through YOUR many sources to find YOUR evidence that YOU claim exists to support YOUR notions. you're here to debate YOUR position then debate YOUR position. if YOU cannot do that and need a source to debate YOUR position then i'm not interested. i asked you again for evidence that YOU brought up here and again YOU failed to produce it. i'll leave it at that.

Actually The Field' is not Dyer's. It was written by Lynn McTaggart
and is a fantastic book. I also have read the Abraham-Hicks books, all of them, own most of them. I don't doubt there is other life form, however The Field and Abraham books don't suggest hostile alien takeover in them.
